PCMS Streamlines User Engagement with eSignature Capabilities
PCMS eSignature solutions enable all users to quickly and securely sign, send and manage documents.
PCMS’ Atlas enterprise P&C solution has integrated with the airSlate electronic signature platform (SignNow) to provide automated tools for sending, signing, and storing signed policy documents. A process that would traditionally take days to accomplish, is now automated and can be completed in minutes with minimal effort.
All interested parties are immediately notified via email and all signed electronic documents are fed through the Atlas Document Imaging workflow and stored in immutable cloud storage for easy retrieval and review.
“Using SignNow, carriers and their agents have significantly reduced the laborious task and expense of obtaining signed documents from their customers. Our goal was to improve the user experience, close rates, time to policy issuance, while increasing agent and customer satisfaction for our carriers, and we will continue to enhance the system for our carriers, and their client base.” stated Mark Goldman, CEO at PCMS.
